I think the ROI I was referring to was giving the Fiesta to social media users and getting their feedback over 6 months - Brilliant!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;But did it bring a tangible ROI - not sure. And yes ROI can measured in many ways. How do you measure ROI for social media campaigns?</description>

Sounds like Ford is taking it a step further but I disagree with the fact that Scott is &quot;experimenting&quot; and there is no ROI.  ROI may not always be measured in dollars and he takes a very specific approach to developing social media plans.
