    Great post & I have seen Scott Monty speak at events in the past & is great.

    Sounds like Ford is taking it a step further but I disagree with the fact that Scott is “experimenting” and there is no ROI. ROI may not always be measured in dollars and he takes a very specific approach to developing social media plans.

  • Thanks for visiting Beth. I do agree with you I think Scott is very measured in his approach to Social Media. I think the ROI I was referring to was giving the Fiesta to social media users and getting their feedback over 6 months – Brilliant!

    But did it bring a tangible ROI – not sure. And yes ROI can measured in many ways. How do you measure ROI for social media campaigns?
